Online Store Terms and Conditions
§1 General Provisions
  1. The online store, available at www.lucky tomato.pl, conducts retail and wholesale sales of tomato pulp.
  2. All goods offered in the store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally 
  3. introduced to the Polish market.
§2 Orders
  1. Orders are accepted through the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. Order processing takes place on business days from Monday to Friday.
  3. Goods are shipped within 48 hours from the moment the payment is recorded on the store’s account, unless the product 
  4. status or order processing time is different.
§3 Delivery
  1. Goods are delivered via courier companies and through personal collection.
  2. The customer has the option of personal collection of goods at the Central Warehouse.
§4 Payments
  1. Payment for the goods can be made based on a proforma invoice by transfer, through the zen.com payment gateway, or by card on-site upon personal collection.
  2. In the case of payment by transfer, the payment should be made within 7 days from the date of placing the order.
§5 Complaints and Returns
  1. The customer has the right to complain about the goods in case a defect is found.
  2. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  3. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, 
  4. without giving any reason.
§6 Final Provisions
  1. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other provisions of Polish law shall apply.
